• Provision of professional advisory and executive support service to the Chief Butler, and assistance in meeting the strategic goals • Monitoring and review of quality standards for the Department • Responsible for training, supervising and coordination of appropriate projects for all butlers and butler supervisors • Liaison with other departments such as Engineering, Front Office and Purchasing to ensure smooth operations and prompt delivery of guests’ requests • Verification of in Room Dining deliveries and application of necessary corrections to subordinates • Facilitation of daily briefs and debriefs for the Butler Department • Making a proactive effort to reach out to various guests on a day to day basis to obtain comments and feedback and handling complaints and provision of follow up action • Handling of rooms check in/out and arranging amenities for top suites and guests with special needs • Placement of stock orders and consistent monitoring of inventory
