Employed pre-opening to employ audit staff, train staff, setup office, department capex and budgets and payroll, configure audit user access levels and reporting requirements for online casino management system, for Audit, Slots, Cash Desk, Tables, Setup and controls Casino SOP's, Develop Audit SOP's, Design and implement Audit revenue reports for Owners, variance reports for all Operation departments, implement numbered stationery controls for all pre-numbered stationery. Conduct user access checks for all Casino online users.

Was responsible for audit monitoring and reporting of 9 (nine) Slot locations around Germany. Daily Revenue reporting to Owners, Daily variance and investigations, CCTV operational target reviews and checks, Revue all Merkur online slot manachine meters data for accuracy. Assisting operations management with daily coin and note counts including banking. Verification of Sports betting revenues.

Responsible for Auditing casino's in Mexico, Armenia, Germany, Kirgizia via online management systems, as well as all casinos and locations around Moscow Region. Responsible for 50 Auditors, which went out daily to three Casino's and 19 Slot Locations. Overseeing Daily manual meters were taken and balanced against online meters, for all meters and slot machines, Ensuring accurate recorded manually and captured meters to online management system and balanced daily slot bill and coin counts for all casino's and slot locations. Collation all verified data and producing a comprehensive daily Flash report for Slots and Tables revenue report with all relevant daily, monthly and YTD statistics for Owners. I was also required to periodically conduct Internal Audit reviews and various investigations for executive management. I was extensively involved in the development of the in-house online slots metering system, continually developing to include slip payments, and then fully cashless online management system. This system was linked world wide to all our slot locations and casino's.

I spent 10 years in Sun International within the Slots Department, starting in the Technical department, Cashiering department Slot Count and Clearances and then Slot Shift manager to Slots manager. I transfered to Group Internal audit where i was involved in auditing 17 casino's throughout Souhtern Africa for 4 years, conducting audits and investigations into all areas of Slots, Cashiering, Technical, Casino administration and CCTV departments... I was required to complete my audit reviews as part of a team of four auditors producing a combined review and executive summary for each Casino. Tired of four years travelling every week, I moved to Group compliance manager where i was responisible for maintaining and updating the groups gaming Standard operation procedures.
