Work process supervision, work staff safety trainings "safe behavior", fire safety audits, compliance with RF requirements.

• Work with operations and site subcontractors to ensure that they can successfully meet Project safety program and result expectations • Manage, coordinate and support the HSE field officers • Oversee external / internal audit close out report • Develop tools and plans for implementing "Best Safety Practices" • Train, mentor and conduct HSE training and drills for employees and subcontractors • Conduct safety inspections / assessments on-site and key off-site subcontractor locations • Serve on pre-qualification & proposal evaluation team and make HSE recommendations • Analyze local incident trends and recommends target/action steps as appropriate • Review and endorse the work method statement, risk assessments , JSA and other safety “tools” to eliminate or mitigate the potential risk related to work activity • Facilitate and lead incident, near miss and unsafe situation investigations • Conducting the HSE audit of subcontractors plans, procedures SSH&E concerns “trouble shooter” - Note: the responsibilities listed above are not limited

Perform the following activities: - Coordination of HSE field officers activity - Permit to Work (PTW) register, issue & coordination. - Monitor the compliance of Company's subdivisions with the legislative and other normative legal acts on occupational health and safety; - Participation in the development of measures on occupational diseases and accidents at work preventing , on working conditions improvement and making them correspond to the requirements of normative legal acts on occupational safety, and provide organizational assistance for the developed activities implementation - Provide methodical assistance to field HSE inspectors on occupational health and safety, and to persons responsible for control over SHSE in production / construction sites; - Monitor carrying out daily pre-shift production briefings on HSE for workers in the entrusted work site - Prepare reporting on occupational health and safety in established forms, and in due course; • control of compliance of objects and the equipment to requirements of norms and rules for labor protection and industrial safety according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. • developing of instruction programs on a workplace on occupational safety, industrial and fire safety for workers ; programs of service training to safe approaches and methods at workplace for workers; production instructions, programs and orders; development of standard documentation : induction program and specific to work related instruction; • implementation of operative and advisory support concerning labor protection and industrial safety at operation of objects during inspections performed by bodies of the state supervision and control (The Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, State Labor Inspection). • control of implementation of instructions of bodies of the state supervision ; • participation in investigation of occupational accidents, accidents with extraneous persons, development of preventive actions and follow ups and other responsibilities On Nov 2, 2015 was promoted to HSE coordinator (after probation period expired)

Primary Responsibilities Provide ongoing Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) compliance support and coordination to assist maintaining OIMS "Flawless Operations" • Supervise and steward operations integrity and coordinating activities, including continuous improvement efforts • Develop procedures to prevent and/or minimize the SHE risks associated with the day to day operational activities • Update and maintain all applicable procedures, forms, and guidelines utilized for OIMS implementation and stewardship. • Supervise and mentor department safety, regulatory and security personnel. • Work with the Operations and Maintenance on safety and human factor issues to ensure Operations consistent with EM SHE expectations. • Provide functional review of Risk Assessments, Near Misses, Incidents and Hazard IDS. • Facilitate or Lead Incident Investigations. • Ensure SHE best practices are considered in all phases of Operation. • Work with Facility advisors and management on the development, implementation and assessment of key "control of work" processes such as Permit To Work, Mechanical and Electrical Isolation procedures etc to ensure the project procedures can be transitioned to the operating phase • Support emergency response planning, training scenarios and competence assurance. • Provide functional review of O & M procedures as required. • Work with Operations and site contractors to ensure that contractors that can successfully meet ExxonMobil safety program and results expectations. • Coordinate activities of OIMS Administrators • Steward OIMS gaps • Develop tools and plans for implementing "Best Practices" • Train and mentor, conduct OIMS Awareness Training for employees and contractors • Conduct safety inspections / assessments on-site and key off-site contractor locations • Serve on pre-qualification & proposal evaluation team and make award recommendations • Analyze local incident trends and recommends target/action steps as appropriate • Schedule & coordinate OIMS Assessments Qualified Loss Prevention System (LPS) trainer • Other duties as required and determined by Department in accordance with applicable rules and regulations • Employee is responsible for conscientious performance of his/her duties in accordance with Russian Labor Code

Assistance with TBT, HSE induction, PTW coordination and more than 80 % of field work - Excavation, civil, work at height. Participation in emergency evacuation of injured person from top (work at height, confined space) of tanks, vessels, towers, steel structures and etc.
