Responsible for technical interface with Contractor, Client, and Designer to resolve technical issues, provide clarifications, manage TQ/TDs and design changes Work with Engineering and Construction Managers to optimize construction processes. * Streamline approvals between Design Engineer and Construction Contractor. * Engage with project controls to evaluate cost and schedule progress forecast vs actuals, with regular input to project risk register. * Ensure alignment between Construction, Engineering, and Quality to deliver Extension as per design and specifications. * Evaluate contractual variations (change orders) and manage commercial impacts of technical issues. Review contractor method statements, MOC’s, technical memo’s and field implementation.

•Technical supervision of construction and assembling works, acceptance of works and completed facilities. • Control of construction plans performance, compliance of construction work scope, terms and quality (including quality of applied materials, items and structures) to approved design specifications and estimates, detail design, construction regulations, codes, standards, technical specifications, and Labor Safety Regulations. • Taking decision on making changes to design documentations related to adoption of advanced technology, space-planning and constructive decisions, which secure cost efficiency and performance improvement of construction and renovation projects. • Participation in reviewing and adjustment of changes in project documentation arising in the course of the construction; taking the immediate decisions on using other materials, items and structures if necessary (in order to secure the same quality of the construction facilities). • Studying the reasons of schedule delay and losses of quality of construction and assembling works; taking of the remedial actions and preventive measures. • Acceptance of completed construction and repairing works and facilities, preparation of necessary documents. Participation in the work of Acceptance Committee regarding acceptance and commissioning of construction facilities. • Quality control of remedial and outstanding works on scheduled time. • Control of construction works completion and preparation of necessary documents, including reports on construction plans performance. • Development of plans for buildings and structures repair, making the list of repair works and materials per each object. • Port facilities and structures supervising. • Providing of job instructions to subordinate employees.

• Technical assistance in construction of large-capacity shipyard, execution of Customer’s functions. • Cooperation with Korean designers (Project Consortium KORPEC&AUDC) in preparing of Design documentation for Zvezda-DSME large-capacity shipyard, in order to secure its compliance with Russian Rules& Regulations (during continuous sojourn in South Korea, Seoul). Preparing and making changes to design documentation. • Preparing and holding of tender for selecting of subcontractor for shipyard construction. • Cooperation with general subcontractors and contractors, business correspondence (including correspondence in English), preparing of contracts for design and investigation works execution. • Cooperation with Federal Agency, getting of approvals and permission documentation. • Consideration of projects of hydraulic structures with adjoining infrastructure, providing of conclusions and remarks in design documentation, design reports. • Making requirements specification for construction objects, investigations, inspection of buildings. • Making construction reports for Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

• Reconstruction (overhaul) of berths №3, 4, construction of berth №2 in Sakhalin Western Sea Port (Sakhalin region, Kholmsk). • Producing and quality control of welding, concrete, drilling works. • Preparing of work and as-built documents and drawings, filling out of construction log books, putting of facilities in commission. • Preparing of work and as-built documents of various facilities of «Koz’mino» oil harbor. • Execution of Production Technology Team Engineer’s functions.
