1. Assuring the flawless start of “green field” production facility in Russia according to the BSH quality standards and requirements. Setting up and managing the QM department to fulfill the Factory quality and operational goals. QM headquarters reporting. 2. Quality Results responsibility by assuring the achievements of Technical Call Rate (TCR) and Quality Cost Goals by the Factory. 3. Responsible for Factory ISO 9000 certification project in 2008. Results: factory successfully certified as ISO 9000 compliant at September 2008 with only single observation. Certifiying body - VDE (Germany). Distinction among the product division cooling for the QM system level at department and at the factory.

1. “Greenfield” factory start up: Factory successfully started as planned on March 2005. 2. Quality department development at MTS Rus: proposed the quality department structure and staffing plan; the structure and plan agreed with the company management. 3. Development of the Factory Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9000: 10 standard operation procedures developed. 4. Local Suppliers Qualification and quality development: 4 (four) suppliers of key materials approved as qualified for full scale production; incoming control system was set up and documented as routine practice.

Projects completed 1. Factory extension start up: factory extension was successfully completed in March 2004. 2. New type of product start up launch at the subcontractor facility (FM Logistic Moscow): product (sugar free candy) was successfully launched in time. 3. New product launches at the factory: 25 new types of products successfully launched. 4. Other projects: 5S system successfully implemented in the routine practice at the QA office; quality support and expertise of “I Suggest” (Kaidzen) program. SAP Go-Live QA Key user. Team leader duties and achievements 1. Leading of Quality Innovation / Performance team: supervise the team of 6 persons. 2. Quality System development and maintenance at the Factory: - HACCP / GMP system monitoring, GMP implementation and training, all factory personnel, 450 persons are trained vs. GMP requirements annually; auditing of the GMP practices conducted daily by team members; - Wrigley Quality Management System: conducted 6 internal quality audits; all observation is followed by the corrective actions; for the period of 2003 - 2004 no market or customer product quality complaint received by the factory; 3. Suppliers Quality Audits: 3 supplier and subcontractor quality audits conducted in 2004. 4. Customer feedback and Nonconformance systems development, support and maintenance at the factory. System of Nonconformance (NCR) handling and NCR follow up developed and lead, the system mentioned as the best of its kind at all Wrigley Production Factories.

Analytical method development for detection and quantify of polyaromatic heterocycles in complex mixtures with presence of polyaromatic hydrocarbons: qualitative and quantitative method successfully developed and put in routine laboratory practice. Results of the work presented at International Geochemistry Congress in Nice, 2001. 2. Chemichal analysis of contaminated groundwater samples for further remediation scenario. decision making: more than 1000 tests conducted. 3. Statistical treatment of data, reporting.

1. System administration of notebook pool operating on Windows NT platform: 50 notebook PCs, 1 File Server, 2 network printers, TCP/IP LAN, back up copy of the files, troubleshooting. 2. Computer training for fresh international students at the faculty: Basics of Windows NT, MS Office, Fortran Power Station.

Management of the international project sponsored by US Government in the frame of Non Proliferation Program, project scheduling, reporting to funding agency: project successfully completed, total number of personnel involved 15 scientists from 5 countries; funding of the next stage of the project is approved by US DOE. 2. Conducting the research in the field of risk assessment in radioactive biomass utilization in power production sector: Scientific results of the project – 5 publications.
