- Quality control of engine parts in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 018/2011 “On safety of motor vehicles”, incoming inspection of parts and measurement equipment, search for defects; - Instruction of engineering and working personnel in usage of measurement equipment according to Mazda Engineering Standards; - Writing and translation of technical documentation (i.e. working procedures, learning materials) from Japanese and English languages into Russian.

- Maintenance of about 500 measurement instruments (multimeters, reflectometers, optical testers and other products of Anritsu, Nettest, JDSU, APPA etc.); - Organization of process of inside and outside inspection and calibration for the measurement equipment; - Preparation and signing of contracts for calibration with Russian Standardization and Metrology centers (“Rosstandard”) located in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk; - Organization of repairing process of the equipment; - Measurement equipment troubleshooting; - Instruction and training of personnel (200 employees) in usage, technical documentation, regulations and laws; - Consulting of the working staff on equipment usage and measurements in SDH, PDH, Synchronization Network, and the last mile (DSL, FTTH); - Annual in-situ metrological inspection of subdivisions; - Updating of administrative and technical documentation according to new laws, GOSTs, regulations etc.; - Carrying out measurements on Synchronization Network (Primary source, Secondary source, multiplex units); - Implementation of works for joining new client to the synchronization network; - Evaluating and procuring new measurement devices from vendors; - Drafting of contract, evaluating and procuring new measurement equipment from vendors; - Planning and budgeting annual expenditure for the equipment, its parts, and calibration services; - Maintaining contracts for repair works, check and calibration via 1C Enterprise software; - Compilation and keeping bidding documentation for selection of equipment, repair service vendors.

- Technical maintenance and service of the train-to-yardmaster communication network, train-to-dispatcher radio (SW) and duplex radio (USW); - Distant coordination and management of operational linemen from the Head Office of Far Eastern Railway during repair work; - Installation of communication equipment; - Troubleshooting of faults, defects in communication channels and cables in the Head Office of Far Eastern Railway; - Equipment installation in the United Dispatcher Center of the Far Eastern Railway.
