* Daily interpreting at the Rig Floor for expats and nationals to provide proper communication for ongoing drilling operations; * Interpreting at the Company steering meetings for drilling, mechanical, electrical departments; * Translations of work procedures, equipment manuals, safety bulletins; * Technical documentation is translated ONLY with the use of CAT tool (software application that supports the translation of text from one language to another) which ensures incorporating Client-provided terminology all over the translated document or using terms from the previous translations done within a certain subject field. Such approach contributes to both translation process efficiency and creating uniform translation memories/glossaries (terminology unification) for specific subject field; * Analyze safety cards filled in by drilling personnel and submit to safety office; * Make sure rig personnel have proper JSAs (job safety analysis) and permit-to-work depending on the work activities performed and report to Rig Manager on a daily basis; * Assist with proper closeout procedure of permit-to-work; * Verify all personnel read and sign permit-to-work, esp. for non-routine drilling operations.

* translation from/to English/Russian of technical, legal and financial documentation; * interpreting of video/audio conference meetings for project management negotiating with company partners; * standardization of terminology in order to facilitate translation of technical documentation.

* Daily participation in pre-tour and pre-job safety meetings and bringing up the current HSE concerns both in Russian and English languages; * Mentor Russian personnel and expatriates regarding HSE policies, procedures and standards to promote understanding and implementation consistent with Company goals and objectives * Maintaining required documentation (daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and safety statistics).

* Assist Company and Contractors personnel transportation on/off work site and arrange for accommodation; * Interface with Client and Contractor support teams in relation to Manpower and Materials and resolving all associated issues; * Daily reporting of Project progress by measuring/checking with contractors and issuing reports to Client; * Daily interpretation of meetings before work commencement for personnel on site; * Weekly Participation in Construction, Scheduling and Commissioning/Start-up meetings as an interpreter.

* Interpreting daily company and steering committee meetings; * Daily interpretations in the office and on-site for expatriates and nationals; * Translating official and technical documentation: letters, regulations, acts, manuals, operating instructions, procedures, specifications. * Organization and translating presentations on safety and environmental issues at the weekly safety meetings.
