- Control for the implementation of Traffic Regulations and Rules of technical operation, instructions, orders and other guidance ensuring road safety. - Prepares road safety paperwork including orders, safety inductions etc. - Conducts HSE Vehicle audits, road safety inductions. - Conducts the necessary investigation and to identify the corrective actions. Analyses causes of road accidents and develops preventive measures. - Daily toolbox talks, record keeping.

- Organization supervision of works on preparation of berths, roads, storage areas, foundations for unloading, transportation, storage and installation of modules, preparation of construction site for crane & lifting operations: filling and compacting of soil, laying of steel plates and concrete slabs, dismantling of fences and temporary structures, installation of supports, testing at the end of the work. - Organization and supervision of work on the ship: sea-fastening & grillages gas cutting, ramps, casings installations & removed. - Organization and supervision for modules jacking-down operations, installations on stools or foundations. - Organization of escort and blocking of roads when moving modules by SPMTs. Job management land transportations – modules weight 350 – 7500 t. - Coordination and interaction with another company departments & subcontractors during modules and of oversized cargoes transportation. - Daily toolbox talks, record keeping.

Independent cargo inspection (mineral raw materials, agricultural products, industrial equipment, vehicles , heavy equipment) - Sample selection - Inspection of holds, warehouses before loading (storage) of cargo - carrying out of independent inventories of warehouses of the customer - Draft survey - Administration, reporting, documentation.

- The organization of work of equipment and the company employees at the site. - Preparation of construction site for crane & lifting operations. - Coordination of transportations and load-lifting operations with the customer. - Researches of routes of planned transportations, road monitoring. - Coordination and interaction with traffic police and road services at the organization and during transportation of oversize & heavy cargoes. - Job management of transportations and load-lifting operations. - Review, approval and supervision/participation of all critical lifts and heavy haul transportation on project; - An operational administration the employees and equipment at site. - The organization of mobilization and demobilization of company equipment. - Organization and operation assembling and dismantle of the cranes. - Selection of equipment for lifting operations, checking. - Risk assessment and hazard identification. - 24 hours responsibility on HSE aspects in assigned part of project. - Personal responsibility for the performance of the work in time and accordance with Project rules and requirements. - Daily toolbox talks, record keeping.

- Negotiation, the conclusion of contracts, definition of carriers and contractors for crane works. -Ensuring all personnel involved with lifting and rigging activities are competent experienced and certified. -Inspecting, monitoring and auditing all lifting and rigging equipment to ensure the equipment have valid 3rd party inspection or test certificate as required. - Monitoring contractors to ensure compliance with lifting and rigging standards. - Definition of methods of optimization of logistical schemes of delivery of cargoes. - Researches of routes of planned transportations, road monitoring. - Risk assessment and hazard identification. - Selection of equipment for lifting operations. - Control over loading and lashing of cargoes, instructing of drivers, trucks audit. - Administration, record keeping.
