My personal responsibilities are: Department resource management, both human and technical. Responsible for internal company IT infrastructure by managing of companies system administrators and 1C developers. Pre-sale and post-sale activity for IT infrastructure equipment, which are sold to our end customers. Company have a multibrend portfolio, selling most famous IT brands, like Cisco, HPE, Dell, Huawei, etc. As well as infrastructure software. I'm acting not only as manager, but also as lead engineer for almost all complex project company have. As part of my responsibilities - I'm planning education and certification of department employees.

Support of inside/outside services of the company. Windows/Linux servers administration. Administration of virtualization farm on top of Vmware ESXi and Microsoft HyperV. Administration of company's network equipment (Cisco and Juniper switches and routers (dynamic routing: BGP, OSPF + static routing), Cisco ASA firewalls). Network core is build on top of Cisco Nexus 7000, NGFW on Cisco SourceFire. Administration of virtualization farm on Cisco USC equipment (8 blade chassis). Administration of company's Wi-Fi network on top of Cisco equipment (Cisco 5508 Wi-Fi controller in HA cluster and 450 access points). Integartion and administration of company's SAN (NetApp FAS8040 and NetApp 2554) and Cisco Nexus 5000 SAN switches. Administration of single point of authentication on top of Cisco ISE. Administration of PABX (build on Cisco CUCM+UUCX) Administration of backup system (Veeam B&R for virtualization, NetApp Snapvault for storage level backups + backup to tape (321 strategy)) Security management, IT infrastructure management. It infrastructure monitoring and reporting. Managing of professional service IT team (4 engineers) Education of junior it staff in networking/virtualization courses
